    Sublimation Blank Patches

Listen, if you want a blank patch for vibrant colors and designs that pop, then you need sublimation blank patches. These patches work great for all types of artwork & team emblems that are unique & require sharp and fade-resistant finishing. Being a polyester piece, they are super durable & design-friendly. Blank sublimation patches for hats are a worthwhile investment.

PRO TIP: For full bleed designs, we highly recommend getting a ⅛” of white around your design before pressing. Also, if you need a full bleed, make sure to select the ‘no border’ option whilst asking for a quote. With the ‘no border’ option, our proprietary patch design software will assume that you will add your border afterward.

    Embroidery Blank Patches

Embroidery patches are classic and are the most durable kind of patches for team gear and fashion wear. These awesome patches come in white twill backing and make up the perfect canvas for commercial use. Overlocked with a merrowed edge and can be customized to add a heat-seal backing.

PRO TIP: While you are loading up the cart with blank patches for embroidery, make sure that the fabric choice is the one that is compatible with your embroidery and charms your design. For a high-definition artwork, go with a smooth, soft fabric, something like cotton twill. For bold, raised embroidery is highly recommended.

    Leather Blank Patches

Leather blank patches are irresistible because, well, it’s leather! Get them laser engraved with designs or font & patch them over your favorite hats, jackets & many other hard goods. The surface of these pieces is smooth and delicate. Make your items attractive with our leather blank patches and turn your DIY projection into a fashion-wear.

PRO TIP: While looking for blank leather patches for hats, make sure to consider leather thickness. The thicker the leather, the more rugged and the more durable the design stays on the patch. However, if you need a flexible patch, go for soft leather blank patches.

    Woven Blank Patches

Sometimes, a regular print on the patch isn’t enough, so you’d probably ask for the design to be embroidered on woven blank patches. These patches take your design definition to the next level.

PRO TIP: While choosing blank woven patches for your apparel and gear, be sure to focus on weave density. Higher density is perfect for finer details and more intricate designs, making it the right choice for small text or complex logos. For a smooth finish, go for a tight weave that gives your patch a professional, high-quality look. Remember, a well-chosen woven blank patch will bring the best out of every detail!

    Blank Iron On Patches

Perfect gift for your garments. These patches come with heat adhesive that can be activated on ironing/heat-press. And the best part? These stay on the garment for up to 25 wash-and-wear sessions.

PRO TIP: To make this patch last, make sure to sew it on your garment.
