How To DIY
To apply your design, print it on sublimation paper using a printer like the Sawgrass SG1000. Next, press the design onto the linen-textured side of the patch at 400 degrees for 60 seconds using firm pressure. After pressing, you can fray the edges for a unique look using a seam ripper or Cricut weeding tool.
Once your patch is ready, apply Fray Check to the base of the frayed edges to prevent further unraveling. To attach the patch to your hat, use a strong adhesive like E6000 glue. With this, you can rest assured that your patch stays intact, giving your hat a pristine and professional look.

How Do We Create Sublimation Patches
We have a meticulous way of creating clean and pristine custom sublimation patches, that is:
First order of business, here at Elegant Patches is to get the design from the customer. We receive it via email and look forward to rendering it.
Once the format and resolution of the design are inline, we use the Sawgrass SG1000 printer to print your digital photo onto sublimation paper.
To apply the design, we heat press heat-spun to the back of the patch material.
Next up, we hoop the patch and embroider a border via an embroidery machine.
After embroidery, we attach a heat seal to the back of the patch for a firm feel and easy application.
Then we use a hot knife to cut out the patch and seal the edges.
